Nutrition Coaching

I’m a nutrition coach with a passion for healthy, flexible and joyful nutrition. I work in both Swedish and English. My specialty is sustainable and sensible healthy lifestyle changes, to improve well being. Many of my clients come to me for weight management in combination with forming healthy long term eating patterns. In my comprehensive coaching programs, you will be making long lasting lifestyle changes – let’s forget about those crazy quick fixes! My clients feel done with the diets. Instead, we strive to find healthy habits for you, without extreme restriction and forbidden foods. In my program, we do not count calories and weigh out food. We collaborate to create a balanced way of eating that works for YOU. We work on sustainable and realistic changes, a healthier relationship with food and eating, and finding a way to make active and mindful eating choices without guilt and stress. Also, I promise you, we will have lots of fun along the way!

For the most personal attention, select my private coaching programs. In our first appointment I learn all about your current set-up: your lifestyle, health, habits, eating preferences, previous methods you have tried, and more. We review your goals and motivational factors in detail. This helps me figure out how I can best help you. Together we develop specific weekly goals and a flexible nutrition plan. I love seeing my clients reach (and more importantly, maintain!) their health and nutrition goals and feel amazing!.

Virtual Healthy Cooking Workshops

I enjoy cooking with groups on zoom! It turns into a fun and interactive experience, with everyone joining and cooking from the comfort of their own kitchens. I have held several popular cooking workshops for the American Swedish Historical Museum in Philadelphia, and for the Swedish Women’s organization SWEA in Philadelphia, Washington DC, and Bangkok.
