Chocolate Oat Peanut Butter Bites
PRINT RECIPEThese little balls are truly delicious – I guarantee it! Full of chocolate flavor, and there is no blender mess involved.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (2.5 dl) old fashioned rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla powder
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup (1.25 dl) peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon hot water or coffee
- Optional: cocoa powder, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, berry powder, seeds to roll balls in
Instructions
- Add dry ingredients to a bowl and mix.
- Stir in honey, peanut butter and water. Use a spoon or spatula to mix until you have a nicely combined batter.
- Roll balls – we use about one tablespoon of batter per ball.
- Feel free to make your chocolate balls extra pretty by rolling them in something fun!
