Spiced Carrot Oat Muffins

Having the healthy snacks handy makes a real difference in my day to day life. I love having my freezer stocked with these muffins!


Ingredients


Instructions

  1. Set oven to 350F/175C.
  2. Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Stir together the dry ingredients and add to the bowl with wet ingredients. Stir to combine.
  4. Distribute into muffin pan with muffin liners (or a silicone muffin pan).
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until muffins are set and top is golden. Let cool and enjoy! These muffins freeze very well.
