SUND: a Swedish adjective meaning healthy, sound, wholesome, sensible, and balance. Principles that guide my nutrition coaching
The word SUND describes my nutrition philosophy perfectly. I’m all about a healthy and wholesome approach to eating — without extreme restrictions or forbidden foods. This is where sensible, sound, and balanced come in.
