Banana Oat Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients (12 muffins)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
  2. Blend oats to a flour and transfer to a bowl. Stir in baking powder, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and chocolate chips.
  3. Add bananas, eggs and yogurt to your blender and blend to a smooth batter.
  4. Add dry ingredients to blender and blend until just combined. You may need to stop blender and scrape batter down from the edges with a spatula.
  5. Pour the batter into a lightly greased muffin tin (or silicone form). Bake for 12-15 minutes in the middle of the oven, until muffin tops are set and a toothpick comes out clean.
